If you put 100 red and 100 black ants together in the jar, nothing will happen.
But if you shake the jar, the ants are disturbed and start killing each other.
Reds will believe blacks are their enemies.
Blacks believe that the Reds are their enemies, while the true enemy is the one who shook the urn.
The same is true in our society. Before we fight amongst ourselves and accuse each other, we must ask ourselves the question: Who shook the jar?
